Erasmus+ courses for teachers and educational staff
Erasmus+ courses are part of Key Action 1 (KA1) and are designed to support the professional development of European educational staff.
Training4All designs structured training courses that allow both teachers and educational staff to update their skills, learn about new methodologies and strengthen the international dimension of their centres.
Who are Erasmus+ courses aimed at?
Mobility to attend Erasmus+ courses in education is aimed at different profiles within the school:
- Pre-school, primary and secondary school teachers
- Vocational education and training (VET) teachers
- School principals
- Non-teaching staff working in schools (administrative staff, secretarial staff, teaching assistants, educational advisers, school psychologists, education inspectors, education policy coordinators and management staff working in the field of school education).
- Other experts linked to the field of education.
- Social workers, social educators, volunteers or members of NGOs, students, etc.
The essential condition for participating in the courses is that the participant is formally linked to the institution applying for the Erasmus+ programme or collaborates regularly with it.
Erasmus+ KA1 2026 Course Catalogue
Our Erasmus+ KA1 2026 course catalogue includes training courses specifically designed to meet the needs outlined in the Erasmus+ Guide and the current needs of European educational institutions.
All our courses are taught in Seville, within a cultural and educational environment that promotes both training and the exchange of international experiences.
The course topics are aligned with the strategic objectives of KA1 projects: European project management, language and digital skills for teaching, educational inclusion and interculturality, mental health, critical thinking, artificial intelligence and media literacy.
Our Erasmus+ courses are training programmes that combine theoretical and practical content, focused on the current educational context.
The training programmes may include:
- Practical workshops and participatory activities.
- Analysis of innovative methodologies.
- Study of real cases.
- Collaborative work between international participants.
- Development of materials and tools applicable in the classroom.
- Spaces for reflection on the transfer of what has been learned to the centre of origin
T4A courses have a standard duration of one week (Monday-Friday). However, depending on the needs of the group, courses can be adapted to shorter periods (3 days) or extended to 10 days or two weeks.

Courses are held in international groups, which encourages the exchange of experiences between participants from different European education systems.
It is very likely that within the same course there will be a group of people from two or three different countries. For this reason, the courses are taught in English.
However, when the group is composed entirely of Italian participants, there is the possibility of teaching the course in Italian.
Each National Agency has its own requirements regarding the documentation that Erasmus+ programme participants must submit. We therefore recommend studying each specific case: Agencias nacionales - Erasmus+
Training4All will comply with the certificates and documentation required by each National Agency.
In addition, one of our Erasmus+ courses includes 4 micro-credentials, which allow for specific accreditation of the skills acquired during the training.
