What is the Erasmus+ programme and who is it aimed at?
Erasmus+ is a European Union programme whose aim is to support the educational, professional and personal development of individuals.
Within this programme, Key Action 1 (KA1) promotes the internationalisation of educational institutions and their strategic development by supporting international mobility projects aimed, among others, at teachers and educational staff from across Europe.
In this context, Training4All designs and manages mobility programmes in different formats with the aim of improving the quality of learning, supporting the professional development of teachers, encouraging the use of innovative methodologies and strengthening the European dimension of education.

Official certificate
Each country requires different documentation from its participants in each case, therefore, Training4All will issue the certificates and documentation required by each National Agency.

One of our goals is to ensure that our participants feel comfortable, calm and safe throughout their mobility experience in Spain. To this end, we provide multilingual support before, during and after the mobility programme.

Job Shadowing experience in Training4All
Job Shadowing is a mobility programme funded by Key Action 1 (KA1) of the Erasmus+ programme, aimed at teachers and educational staff. It consists of a training stay at a school in another country to observe the work of professionals in the same field.
