Communication Skills for Educators in Spanish

By participating in this course, teachers and educational staff will develop key professional and intercultural competences applicable to the Spanish educational context. These competences include:

• Effective communication in educational and institutional environments in Spain
• Ability to interact confidently in professional and everyday situations
• Use of appropriate communication strategies in multicultural settings
• Improved pronunciation and clarity to support mutual understanding
• Competence in formulating and responding to questions in professional contexts
• Intercultural awareness and understanding of social and educational norms in Spain
• Ability to compare educational systems and communication styles across countries
• Enhanced interpersonal and social communication skills

The course is based on a practical, participatory and learner-centred approach, focusing on real-life professional and social situations. The methodology combines:

• Interactive workshops and guided communication activities
• Role-plays and simulations based on educational and social contexts
• Group discussions and collaborative tasks to encourage peer learning
• Analysis of real case studies related to education and intercultural communication
• Practical exercises linked to participants’ professional reality
• Continuous feedback and guided reflection throughout the course

This methodology promotes active involvement and supports the immediate application of acquired competences.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Each National Agency has its own requirements regarding the documentation that Erasmus+ programme participants must submit. Therefore, we recommend studying each specific case Agencias nacionales - Erasmus+

Training4All will comply with the certificates and documentation required by each National Agency.

In addition, one of our Erasmus+ courses includes four micro-credentials, which allow for specific accreditation of the skills acquired during the training.

The courses are held in international groups, which encourages the exchange of experiences between participants from different European education systems.

It is quite possible that within the same course there will be a group of people from two or three different countries. That is why the courses are taught in English.

However, when the group is composed entirely of Italian participants, there is the possibility of teaching the course in Italian.

Cancellations made more than one month before the course start date will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

In the event of cancellation made up to two weeks before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded excluding the deposit, which is non-refundable.

Cancellations made after that point will not be eligible for any refund.

As an alternative to cancellation, the participant may transfer their place to another active Training4All course without penalty, subject to availability.
