European Projects Management
This training course provides educators, trainers, and professionals with the skills to navigate the full lifecycle of European projects, with a special focus on Erasmus+ Kay Action 2. Participants will also receive a general overview of EU funding opportunities, gaining insight into how different programmes connect and complement each other. Participants will gain an understanding of how to transform innovative ideas into fundable project concepts, aligning with EU priorities: digital transformation (micro-credentials, AI in education), inclusion and diversity, and environmental sustainability (green practices and pedagogical innovation).
The programme combines theory with practical application, guiding participants step by step through project development, from identifying needs and defining objectives to drafting an action plan, expected outputs, and impact strategy, as well as ensuring effective evaluation, dissemination and transnational collaboration. By the end of the course, participants will have collaboratively produced a concept note ready to be developed into a complete project proposal.
