Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Erasmus+ programme and how can I apply for a grant?
Erasmus+ is a European Union programme that funds education, training, youth and sport opportunities in Europe. To be eligible for a grant, you must be linked to an educational institution participating in the programme. The grant application must be made through your educational or vocational training institution, which will submit a mobility project for funding.
What financing options are available for courses?
Courses can be funded mainly through Erasmus+ grants under Key Action 1 (KA1 – Mobility). In addition, some educational institutions may cover the costs from their own funds or co-financing programmes. For more information, we recommend consulting the international relations office of your institution.
Does T4A manage the Erasmus+ grant?
No, T4A does not directly manage the Erasmus+ grant, as the application and management of these funds must be done through an accredited educational institution.
To obtain an Erasmus+ grant, please follow these steps:
- Check with your educational or vocational training institution if it participates in the Erasmus+ programme and if it has funds available under a KA1 mobility project.
- Ask your institution’s international relations office or Erasmus+ coordinator for information about the application requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare the necessary documentation, which may include a motivation letter, a training plan and a cost estimate.
- Wait for the grant approval and follow the instructions of your institution to formalise your participation.

Are courses available in languages other than English?
Yes, our courses are available in English and Italian. If necessary, we can adapt them to other languages according to the demand and needs of the participants. We recommend that you contact us to evaluate the available options.
What level of language proficiency is required to participate in the courses?
The language level required varies according to the course. In general, a B1 or B2 level in the language of instruction is recommended. Please check the specific requirements on each course page.
Where are the courses held and is there an online mode?
Currently, all our courses are taught in the city of Seville. In the future, we will expand our offer to other cities such as Malaga and Granada.
As for the online modality, we are working on its development, but it will not be available until 2026. Until then, we invite you to participate in our face-to-face training courses.
How many hours of training are provided per day?
From Monday to Friday, the training sessions last approximately four to five hours in the mornings. The afternoons are free for participants to enjoy the city and carry out tourist activities on their own.
Do the courses include visits to institutions or associations?
It depends on the characteristics of the course and the group. In some cases, visits to institutions or associations related to the subject of the course can be organised to enrich the training experience and offer a more practical approach.
Does T4A offer Job Shadowing opportunities?
Yes, we offer Job Shadowing programmes for teachers and vocational education staff who wish to observe innovative placements in schools and companies. These programmes can be funded through Erasmus+ and are available in different sectors.
What additional services do we offer?
In addition to the training courses, we offer complementary services such as assistance in finding accommodation, cultural activities, tranfers, local transport, professional networking, etc.
What kind of certification will I receive when I complete a course?
At the end of a course, you will receive a certificate of participation detailing the competences acquired and the duration of the course. This certificate can be used for professional accreditation or as part of the Europass Mobility.
